Over the season according to my stats we averaged 51% possession per game, which if you look at the results reflects how much we dominated some games and then were not at the races in others. Consistency is the key we need to find

At the start of the season we gave the squad a goal to aim for each game this was to average a goals for ratio of 3 a game and a goals against ratio of 2 per game. This we felt if achieved would be sufficient to gain a top 3 spot.
We scored 45 goals in the league, an average of 2.25 per game. This gives us 1 goal for every 7.1 shots we have.
We conceded 42 goals in the league, an average of 2.1 per game, which was not far off the mark. This shows that we concede a goal every 5.7 shots.

Summary
Won 8, Drawn 4, & Lost 8. We struggled to find the consistency we were looking for as you never knew one week to the next which team was going to turn up. As you can see from the stats there is room for improvement and this will be our continued aim to develop the lads season by season. We will let you draw your own conclusions as this is part of the beautiful game.
