Saturday 5th January - Aston Girls U12's 1- Wisewood U12's 8. The girls gave their
all and got their just rewards.
29th January the girls lost their cup Quarter Final 3 - 1 against Dearne Dragons but they put up a great fight with plenty of chances going begging
23rd Feb
The girls lost at home to Greasborough 0 - 1. A lack lustre performance but this was their 1st game for a while so they were ring rusty. Sophie Millard's work rate was excellent!!
New Year
Update - Played 9, Won 3, Drawn2, & Lost 4. This is the girls 1st competitive season and they have done ever so well improving week by week. We have also reached the Quarter Finals of the Cup in our 1st season and we are due to play Dearne Dragons(Top of the league) so we have our work cut out, on 19th January at home at the Gas Club.
Brian, Kerry, & Ben woulld like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and wish the girls all the best for the rest of the season.
Sat 1st March
The girls drew away at Dinnington Town 1-1 on Saturday with Leah Bramall scoring her first goal for the team from a well worked corner routine.

Update for the U12 Girls - Played 13, Won 5, Drawn 3, and Lost 5. We have climbed the table to 4th place in our 1st season and whilst we strive to achieve a little more consistency in our performances we feel that the girls have done well. We need to show more of the fighting spirit and determination that we did last week during our 3-0 win over Worksop Town, every week!!!

The girls played away at top of the league Dearne Dragons and without a goalkeeper put up a very spirited fight but went down 2-1 to a very late winner. Player of the week and goal scorer was Courtney Scott.
